thats  not a vote,  thats a court case.  but three states are voting for medical marijuana and 3 states are voting to legalize to 21 and over.  I think washington and colorado could both pass that as they both are leading in early polls.  oregon is closer and also the city of detroit is voting on it and I havent saw any numbers for them but they would be crazy not to legalize it as they need the $$$.  election momo will be sick once it starts here!  im talking 100% daysssss  yes daysssssss
