ITEM 1 - MINUTES OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING OF April 8, 2014
A special meeting of the Company's Board of Directors was held at 9:00 am on Tuesday, April 8, 2014 at the Company's principal headquarters in Springdale, AR. The following minutes cover agenda items discussed, and where noted, acted upon by the Board of Directors.

APPROVAL OF SUBSIDIARY CORPORATION FOR VODWIZ - In order to better position the Video-On-Demand website and IPTV venture "VODWIZ" for strategic branding and growth opportunities, the Board approved the formation of a subsidiary corporation. Effective April 15, 2014, "VODWIZ, Inc." shall be incorporated in Wyoming, with Wyoming Registered Agents as the locally based agent-for-service of process. VODWIZ, Inc. shall have the authority to issue up to ten-million (10,000,000) shares of common stock, of which 6,000,000 shall be issued upon filing to Hannover House, Inc. All licensing contracts with third-party studio programming suppliers shall be entered into by the new corporation, and the servicing agreement with Nanotech Media shall be assigned to the new corporation. Additionally, the Board approved the salary / budget approval for the hiring of a VODWIZ General Manager (and / or "President" of the new corporation), which position shall have a first year base salary cap of ninety-thousand dollars (USD $90,000) with a stock incentive plan based on revenues and profitability for the entity. Capital expenditures made or accrued by Hannover House on behalf of VODwiz shall be recorded and properly booked or repaid, in compliance with corporate law and accounting practices. With respect to the GM / President hire, the previous attempts to secure an appropriate candidate had been handicapped by the prior Board resolution authorizing a base salary of $60,000. HHSE officers Eric Parkinson and D. Frederick Shefte shall be the C.E.O. and C.O.O. / Secretary respectively for VODwiz, Inc., leaving open the positions of President and Vice-President.
As there were no further issues requiring action by the Board of Directors, the Meeting was adjourned at 9:15 am, Central Standard Time. [/color][/b]

[color=purple]HHSE Establishes Spanish-Language Releasing Label [/color][/b]
[b][color=blue]Hannover House, Inc. (OTC: HHSE), a leading independent distributor of films, books and entertainment products, is expanding its home entertainment programming mix to address the growing marketplace of Spanish-speaking consumers in the United States and Canada. Effective with the June 26 theatrical launch of the Mexican thriller, "Borrar de la Memoria," Spanish-language titles from Hannover House will be marketed under the Peliculas ¡Olé! branding for theatrical, home video, V.O.D. and television release.
Initial theatrical releases under the Peliculas ¡Olé! label include "Borrar de la Memoria" and the Sundance Film Festival international competitor, "Asalto Al Cine." Initial home video releases include "Tierra Salvaje" and "El Viaje Magico." Previously released Spanish-language titles from Hannover House will be rebranded as new DVD inventories are needed. Top selling Spanish titles previously released by Hannover House include (alphabetically): Ahi Esta El Detalle, Ando Volando Bajo, Antonio Aguilar Colecion, Ay Que Tiempos Senor Don Simon, Dos Tipos de Cuidado, El Rapto, La Leyenda: Germain de la Fuente y Los Angelos Negros, Macario, Rigo Tovar Una Confesion Total, Santo Y Blue Demon Contra Los Monstruos and Vivir Para Amar.
Key accounts that will be targeted for the renewed outreach to the Spanish market include Walmart, Redbox, Target and Best Buy.
"The company has generated millions of dollars in the past through the release of quality, Spanish-language movies onto DVD," said Eric Parkinson, Hannover House C.E.O. "The establishment of this new branding outreach, and our enhanced attention to this growing market, should be a significant and complementary revenue stream to supplement all of our other corporate activities," he concluded.
Hannover House was formed in 1993 as a book publisher. DVDs were added as a product line in 2003, and by 2004, the company began dabbling in limited release theatrical titles such as â??Off The Lipâ??, â??Hounddogâ?? and â??War Eagle, Arkansasâ?? to enhance the filmsâ?? profile for the DVD and Video-On-Demand markets. In 2010, Hannover House licensed the Joel Schumacher thriller, â??Twelveâ?? at the Sundance Film Festival , for a sizable advance to production entity, Gaumont, of $1.75-million. The film was released that summer to 220 theatres, and became a significant DVD and Blu-Ray hit through a distribution pact with 20th Century Fox Home Entertainment. Hannover House also operates its own "direct distribution pipeline" to major retailers and wholesalers, and feels that the Spanish-Language label will be an ideal complement to the core activities.
