The profit seekers LOC from Surf and GOEZ covered a ton of shares at a 50% reduction. PPS low of .0125..It was given away in the original filings if you look. Each deal stated payment after 6 months which was the terms of the LOC. It also allowed for other debit to possibly be covered, Martie also stated with the start of the Asher note is was his intention to rewrite or pay debit off. I believe recent activity is dilution however this MM seems to raise the ask any chance he has.. NITE and CSTI have been undercutting BKRT and playing games. There has been a small gap between them each day and BKRT moves right up..Each share increase they have ever filed is never maxed out.. He leaves plenty of room for growth.. 500M was only 250ish when increased, .. just looking for some thoughts..
