My "MO" is the guy that asks the ugly questions. It's not meant to be bashing, it's meant to point out the elephant in the room. The questions are to ensure success not create doubt.
Last ugly question: "Where's the Gantt chart?"
I'm part of a bio mass conversion start up based on east coast. I can put in a facility with more complicated equipment for $100M.
$200M for a building, grow lamps, a vault and dirt? (sorry, I know it hurts)
