Burke signed as registered agent. Does that name change apply to him?
"The State of Florida Division of Corporations requires that all Florida State corporations designate a registered agent for service of process. Registered agents receive service of process, government notices and other official documents on behalf of the corporation. In most cases, anyone who has a street address (this cannot be a P.O.
