Endexx Acquires Faceplant.com and Dudad.com
Endexx Corporation (OTC Pink: EDXC) ( PINKSHEETS: EDXC ) announces the acquisition of two high value internet domain names. Endexx has been actively pursuing both sites, as they uniquely represent two primary platforms the company is developing. Critical to the success of a corporation and products is branding. In a digital world, the website is the gateway to high impact brand recognition and corporate messaging. Faceplant.com offers a culturally recognizable brand name for a high value proposition and will represent the overall medical marijuana, social media, education and community platform Endexx previously announced.
Additionally, Endexx has acquired Dudad.com. In our last annual report Endexx disclosed an app development project. The project name is " Dudad ". Endexx is making preparations to bring the project to the beta testing phase this year. Due to the sensitive nature of the project and its projected market value, Endexx will wait to fully disclose the technology capacity and application of the project.
