I've told you people this before, but to the best of my knowledge PLUTO is Keith Meeks out of Kansas. Had some bad run-ins with him a few years back. He will dog cuss your grandma-stay clear of him-he has zero integrity. I know some of you post you engage him for entertainment, but he's looking for that. He will use any alias and he has many. I won't even read his posts. You may as well be sleeping with a rattle snake.
