("HPC" or the "Company") (OTC Pink: HPCS) (PINKSHEETS: HPCS), a health company specializing in advances in supplements for health, and anti-aging, has named Cesar D Vazquez III as the Company's Executive Vice President of Marketing. Mr. Vazquez III received his Degree in Business Administration from the University of Florida with specialization in International Marketing and has an extensive background in Pharmaceuticals and clinical research. Over the last five years, Mr. Vazquez has been working with the research and development of Cannabis in Colorado.
