I suppose anyone with up to $10,000 to spend, Twitter allies, and a lot of below-market price shares to dump could orchestrate a campaign like this. Here's one of the promotional participants as discovered by the ever diligent Savage. It cost $1500 cash.

*Apparently, Micro Cap Innovations is the correct name.
