The problem is not whether Jeff Benz is crooked. The "problem" is that he's not. And when he's busy, the bad kids do shit that he never even imagined.  Like . . . maybe even privately funding a weekend pump so they could dump their shares on Monday when Benz is busy. There has to be a point when they're not gonna be able to play with the cool kids anymore.
