Steve really has missed the boat. In penny land when your company really has nothing, it's best to capitalize on what's hot. Marijuana would have been the ticket.
How smart is stretching out the IC Places website for pennies? He already admitted he knew he wanted to get away from it because it doesn't make any money. Hence his abandoning it.
Now Imagine TV and motivational content? That's played out and unless you're Tony Robins making personal appearances, it died after The Secret video flooded the market. Further more what's the point of that website? The amount of content is overwhelming. How can anyone make heads or tails of it and how do you monetize that crap? It's not an eCommerce site.
