Everybody take a deep breath. Try to think with your head, not your heart.
Please reread this post from Steve from just a few days ago:
People have asked me today how I felt about the price down and why. I could be all corporate and offer a a pasteurized answer but that is not my style.
Lies like this one or lies saying we are not going to be broadcasting at WPVN Television in Chicago are a big reason. These lies are just enough for some people not to bother buying our shares and worst its just enough for some people to sell.
If I or my partners did not watch the stock price or ever read the message boards we would be the happiest people on earth because as a company, we are growing and doing so well. The only place that any negative exists is on some message boards like Lie-hub and on the current share price, which looks to us like its not even our company. We have seen the share price fall during the biggest revenue and assets growth phase in the history of the company.
When I taught my classes at the Investors Institute, I would tell students that actual company growth does not determine the share price. Price is only a function of buying and selling. Sometimes those ratios don't fall in line with a company's true worth. Well here we are a prefect example of the very thing I taught.
ICPA moved from development company with a group of websites to the owners of a National Broadcast TV Network. We have went from almost no assets to assets in the millions. We have opened the flood gates from internet money to TV money, which is so much greater. We went from only a few of us running the company to partnering with an innovative entrepreneur who founded and made Punch TV happen. We moved to Hollywood and now work directly with the biggest movie studios on the planet. We became the only production partner with one of the world's largest advertising companies for their airport network, just launching for the first time weeks ago in the Raleigh Durham airport . We expanded our out of home viewership by joining Technicolor's PRN to place clips of our shows in front of 300 million people each month. We have done all of this in the last 10 months. We have not even reported our first Quarter of revenues from the Punch acquisition and Clearvision just launched. With all this we see the share price drop and thus a great example of what I taught where are true growth is not reflected in the price of the shares.
Bottom line is, we are sitting in the best position the company has ever been in. Everything is positive and moving forward in a way i would never have thought possible a year ago. The only thing negative are the vicious and casual lies being spread such as not paying employees or Chicago not really carrying us in time for the holidays. These lies pollute the causal investor that when reading them will not take the time to become a new shareholder and they scare weak holders to just dump rather then deal with it.
The reality is we can't stop people from spreading lies. What we are doing taking every opportunity to tell you all more of our story. We do that with press, facebook posts, our quarterly and annual reports and when I can stop by here from time to time. We all believe as we continue to tell our story more people will see the truth and join us. At the same time we will continue the incredible growth we have experienced over the last 10 months. I feel that we have good quality partnerships and deals on the table that the resulting revenues will speak for themselves.
