It is apparent to me that Steve made the R/S to meet the new OTCQB rules opposed to dilution because the R/S was 1 for 100 instead of 1 for 10 or 20. We do not need much money even with no REVS. We have very low expenses. When REVS begin this stock will rock. If you sell your stock when trading begins... BYEeeeeeeee
