this is the one huge negative of the timing. I don't expect news before the court cr#p gets settled but if it is just a hearing & things won't get "settled" for a few months then pvec won't let the legal cr@p delay pertinent news. I am still waiting on the stock buyback news plus the 600 million illegally converted shares retrieved news, etc.
