this guy comes into a bar with a leppercon on his shoulder and a pot of gold

Guy says: a round of beers for everyone and a shot of jammison for the leppercon

A man at the end of the bar makes fun of the leppercon

man says: Hes got yore gold neen ner, neen ner, neen ner.

the little guy jumps down chugs down the  shot and spits right in the man's face then runs back and sit on the other Guy's sholder.

this goes on all night

finally the man at the end of the bar has had enough and tells the leppercon to stop or he is going to punch him in the pecker.

Leppercon say I anint got no pecker.

man says how ya tak a pissss then?
