I guess I could be wrong OTC but I doubt it since I read quite a bit about FITX and I keep myself well informed.
I don't know what shares of PHOT that you are talking about that was supposed to happen on April 4th?
There never was a stock share agreement between FITX and PHOT designated for the 4th of April.
FITX will receive shares from PHOT after license and not beforehand.
If you are referring to a joint venture with RXNB that DD that was expected on the 4th was extended until April 30th. However since RXNB is a private company and not publicly traded I don't know how it affects FITX.
I do understand that the proposed agreement authorizes PHOT to provide the proprietary information and grow knowledge that Dr. Sam Alaweih has developed and holds patents on but that company (RXNB) is privately held. The deal will put a percentage of ownership to PHOT however which in affect will make it public.
I welcome input from others and corrections where necessary. Thanks
