Due to confidentiality reasons I am legally unable at this time to disclose the name of the operation but can safely state [color=red]annual sales exceeding one million dollars and also the business holds all licenses for pest control in the state of Florida[/color][/b].I am working diligently this upcoming week to sit down with the broker and business owner to discuss the timing and terms of this acquisition to see if there is a fit. [b]I have seen a snap shot of their strong financials and this is the type of acquisition that makes shareholders very happy to be part of if we can buy it fairly.[/b] [b][color=red]Additionally after a long delay from the seller, Gary Cole will be personally handling negotiations in attempting to finalize and close the previously announced LOI of Inland Pest Control and hope to have our arms around this deal by the end of February.[/color][/b] Gary has a business relationship with the seller for over 5 years and I have the utmost confidence he will secure this deal for Enviro-Serv."
