Bells,, Am I correct in stating they are merging with themselves. I-Equity is the entire ownership and they own both. This stinks as they were doing this a year ago and all we end up with is a PR saying nothing different from 30 days ago.
They signed a agreement with themselves? Anyone doing DD will see I-Equity hiding behind the scenes.
