So since Mr. Bordynuik actually admitted to misleading investors with the media credits at the hearing, does that make anything any different??
The ramifications are that since he was actively trying to mislead investors with the media credits, the notion of Mr. Bordynuik misleading investors about the capabilities of the secret catalyst might not be that far fetched. At any rate, trusting a dishonest man with thousands of dollars of investment might not be a great move.
