You are not wrong,  and actually what I am most excited by right now,  FINRA is very strict, and mind you,  they have been "flooded" with "complaints' and "accusations"  by the same individuals/entities  out to harm PVEC in any way possible.  THAT being one of the most popular tactics used by them,  also they have been at it for a long time now,  so by FINRA announcing,  giving the approval,  means to me,  investigations is done,  PVEC passed the strict criteria's and also those "frivolous" complaints, accusations etc etc,  were proven not justified.
