I just checked the TX site. No updates there, so maybe we'll finally see a trial this month. Legal fees are adding up, so let's get this show in the road already. Vy needs her monies...

Also took a peek at the port shipping schedule and found nothing of interest. Permit should be issued by now, so maybe we'll see a shipment soon.

I wish I lived closer to Baja. I'd love to take a trip there to see what I've only seen from Google Earth for the last 3+ years. Someday...
