It is nothing special when 1% or 2% of the float is trading hands on any given day, it is meaningless. Especially when you see very frequent small volume trades. It actually looks like some MMs turned on the bots today for the first time in a while, perhaps they are preparing for some major volume to start rolling on in to trade RFMK, so more liquidity is needed, just a guess. Small trades firing off every minute or so today. Hmmmm
Better clarity of the truth can be garnered by observing the tape which printed the low for the day. LOLzzz
