Keep in mind that Mr. Bordynuik hasn't been able to squeeze a dime out of his process for five years now. It might be challenging to find a customer who is willing to pay for an unprofitable processor.
What advantage would a customer possibly have in running a JBI P2O processor that JBI, the subject matter expert, doesn't have?? A source of optimal plastic?? If Mr. Bordynuik, after five years, hasn't found any source of clean enough plastic at a cheap enough cost to make his process profitable, it's going to be that much harder to locate a customer who has such a supply...and additionally wants to buy a processor.
