Getting close to seeing if they actually did go lean from October til Feb. I got burned before referring to the "subsequent events" section of the quarterly, so let's see if they omitted/forgot to list financing in October up to around the 14th of November(guessing from memory). Seemingly they couldn't pay the auditor fee.....and the previous auditor resigned as such(reluctantly as noted in filing). I'm not sure how much an auditor charges for a nano-cap publicly listed company...but for much larger private companies....they can average around $100,000..... that is not an apple to apple comparison here........but it is expensive no matter how you look at it...and this company would be paying much less than that. To note...the previous auditor dismissed themselves around Jan 9th(from memory).
