Sorry, but it does start with leadership, whether it is the media or politics or a message board. Once a bad actor gets the pass to do so, he will test the edge and cross the line when the confrontation/debate becomes weak to non-existing, what is there to stop them? When it becomes intolerable only then someone speaks out only to negotiate a worse than favorable outcome. Thanks for allowing me to vent a bit here.
