SIRG entered into a demand Promissory Note with Blackpool Partners LLC; a company owned by the Company’s CEO and a related party, on May 18, 2011 in the amount of $6,700. The note has an interest rate of 4%. The Company has satisfied this obligation as of June 30, 2012. This note has been satisfied and converted into 2,857,467 shares of common stock; however as of this filing the Company has not issued these shares.
