This is to inform you about a new amendment to Appendix 10 of the Clearing Rules of NASDAQ OMX Commodities Markets that will come into effect on the 10 April, 2014.
NASDAQ OMX is adding World Bank Green Bonds (proceeds to support projects mitigating climate change, http://treasury.worldbank.org/cmd/htm/WorldBa...Bonds.html , as eligible collateral. The bonds shall be unstructured, dated and fixed rate bonds issued by the International Bank of Reconstruction and Development (issuer ID: IBRD). The bonds shall be issued in SEK, NOK, DKK, EUR, GBP or USD and must have a rating of AA+ (S&P) and/or Aa1 (Moody’s). The bonds will not be eligible as default fund collateral.
