Old Agreass saved his best shot for last over on the dark-side board. She thinks TelVue has better technology than Sony.
It's OK to run over there and read it but then come right back here.
Comparing Sony’s capabilities with TelVue is silly. Sony is much bigger but no where near the technology TelVue has. You could be right. Sony might try to buy TelVue and the exchange rate would be about $70.00 the price Gerry converted shares for. That would mean the people who will buy shares today at $14.00 , and going forward, would receive a poultry $70.00 bucks a share and that would make me scream.
Should you copy the picture that is truly the face of Qtipjoe.
On the other hand since TelVue does have the upper hand over Sony they may just want to use the superior technology and strike a deal with TelVue. A joint venture as it were. Now we are talking bucks for a very long time.
Again you are correct. TelVue coming out with financials before Sony makes their first offer would not be a good idea.
Much better to wait for a bid and let Sony or one of the many other companies who are interested in TelVue start the bidding war.
TelVue does the PR’s and the auditing firm does the audited financials so it could be better to hold off on financials.
