" Mr. Frank A. O'Donnell founded TVcompass in 2003 and serves as its Executive Vice President. Mr. O'Donnell served as an Executive Vice President of Business Development at Cirque Energy, Inc. He served as a Director of Green Energy Renewable Solutions, Inc. from June 4, 2007 to July 29, 2008 and Cirque Energy, Inc. from August 1, 2011 to September 16, 2013. Mr. O'Donnell holds both a bachelor's degree in Finance and MBA from NIU."
