It is happening...and you know it 
....I suspect half the investors here will bail for instant gratification this year....then there are those of us that patiently await this sector to come to harvest...I get that it's frustrating for some...not me...I'm very happy with how things are shaping up.....sounds like everyone needs to get a pedicure...Beep Beep.
