You cannot be serious--you treat your shareholders like DOG DOO-REVERSE SPLIT-NO advance notice-no compensation - NOTHING -not even a Prefered share for longtime shareholders.. UP the authorized shares and then do a REVERSE.
(ADDED NOTE: NOT the first time-check the data)
The days of the .03 price are not likely to stay very long--once the D is removed--the price will PLUMET--You took ADVANTAGE of the WRONG GUYS--this time.
KARMA--You will see.
TROUBLE--Look at the cause-see the image in the mirror.
