Hey guys, keep in mind that when the PHOT deal is finalized. FITX receives the restricted shares. In the mean time our current order and ALL future grow equipment orders come from PHOT, which goes on PHOT's cash flow balance sheet. And with such a HUGE build out that FITX is building, it will be a substantial amount of equipment ordered, which goes on the PHOT cash flow sheets.......

Which means PHOT's cash flow balance sheet grows and their profit margin increases with each FITX order..... Which means the 235,294,118 restricted shares of PHOT will be holding (until after the restrictions come off) INCREASE in VALUE. Where will PHOT PPS end up next year? ($0.55, $0.60, $0.77, $0.99, $1.25. $1.50, $2.00, $3.00, $4.00, $5.00)
WHICH AT THE SAME TIME EVEN MORE REAL CASH FOR FITX. ( price at today's close would be $141,176,470.80, and at $0.99 PPS $232,941,176.82 and at $1.50 PPS $352,941,177.00, at $2.50 PPS $588,235,295.00 and at $3.50 PPS $823,529,413.00).
Folks, that is some serious money that the FITX will need to decide how best to use the proceeds of the PHOT gift.
