Take a look at what NTEK did last year, sub penny to .17 up over 20,000% at one point.  I own BCIT and with less than 5,000 shares available the brokers sold hundreds of millions and continued selling even after the DTCC instructed them not to.  The SEC had to finally step in and halt trading.That one has many many cases waiting to be heard by FINRA arbitrators or the courts.

A Judge in the State of Tennessee recently ordered Ameritrade to pay a shareholder $8.25 per share in punitive damages.  Ameritrade has appealed and asked that the case go to federal court which makes sense since they are rumored to be over 300 million shares short.  Our markets have been rigged for years and folks have had enough and the worm is just now starting to turn.  I expect lots of perp walks in the next couple of years.
