I came across an article, which is posted below, that Hemp Tech Greg Flavall was convicted of financial fraud worth $1 million and was sentence to prison back in 2005 in Australia. The article paints him in a bad light.
Bill confirmed this and responded quote, "Yes what about it? It's old news. He is no longer the CEO or president. Nor is he handling company or investor funds. He paid his debt to society." This is Bill's full response.
My main concern as an investor is Bill has stated that there are strict background checks required by HC. Will this be a problem? I've asked Bill this and he has yet to respond. I understand about letting the past be the past, but why take the risk. Also, it make since now why when Hemp Tech PR came out, Bill indicated that the leadership was being restructured. Anyways, I think its a healthy and profitable discussion to have.
