Investors Hub Lawsuit Against Mina Mar Group Dismissed By Florida Judge
TORONTO, June 12 /PRNewswire/ - Mina Mar Group Inc (www.minamargroup.com), a privately held Canadian company, is pleased to announce that the lawsuit that had been filed against it in the United States District Court, Southern District of Florida by Investors Hub has been dismissed by the Court. We are also looking forward to the resolution of our dispute with Investors Hub regarding the posting of messages which we have found offensive, erroneous, malicious and misleading. The recent SEC allegations filed against the operator(s) of this Investors Hub web site (see http://sec.gov/news/press/2009/2009-117.htm), carry many similarities or allegations made by Mina Mar (as a Plaintiff) on behalf of several of its Asian clients in a separate lawsuit commenced in Toronto, Canada against Investors Hub. Investors Hub continues to oppose Canadian court's jurisdiction and authority, notwithstanding that a Florida, USA court has already ruled that any subsequent motions in USA by Investors Hub shall be deemed moot."
