I do know that unless the PHOT JV blows up before being consummated, a little over .04 of share value has been built in and not acknowledged yet by the average investor/trader... I would hope to see a nice rise in PPS with the license announcement and at least a .04 pop when PHOT issues the restricted shares at license issuance. Which will come first? I suspect the license announcement. JMHO
