LETTER TO OUR SHAREHOLDERS
RTXBQ
Management would like to update our shareholders and interested parties as to the
progress of the company as we attempt to exit from our voluntary Chapter 11 filing for
reorganization.
•
The company has filed a reorganization plan with the courts,
and
so far the debtors appear to be
in agreement with the plan and we hope to exit from Chapter 11 in the shortest period of time.
•
The new direction of the company in the Hemp and Medical Mariju
ana market has had great
success. Our first product CHILLO

energy has been enthusiastically received in our Texas based
distribution efforts as well as through our online e-commerce and digital marketing platform
.

The rumors circulating about Chapter 7 Ban
kruptcy totally are false. Management believes
those rumors are an attempt t
o short the share price of RTXBQ
stock.
•
New exciting products such as a tea based hemp drink and a full retail line of hemp infused
SKU
's will be added to the lineup and will b
e announced when the marketing agreements are
signed
.
•
Upon
the completion of our reorganization hearing
, the merger with CHILL Texas will be
finalized
.
It is Managements intention to leave the share structure intact investors shares will
not be cancelled.
