It was with RXNB inc. and PHOT. had nothing to do with CEN Biotech inc. In my opinion. That's why it wasn't posted on FITX news feed. RXNB inc. is a private company owned by Dr. Sam Alaweih and Bill Chabaan. PHOT was interested in acquiring a minority equity stake in this company so my guess is thats what the potential litigation and the extension of the due diligence was for.
