At least Art signed this and not Hipple. Lol! Don't the audited financials need to be completed before they can submit to the Sec and Finra for their blessings? I think so, so that means merger filing will be delayed at least another two weeks as well! Jeez. Getting to be the laughing stock o all MMJ companies!
