The Bipple on thin ice: RH listed as treasurer/secretary (officer) of FL company Focus Gold Financial Corp, a wholly owned subsidiary of publicly traded Focus Gold Corp. (OTCQB: FGLD). A litigated pariah of the OTC, Robert Hipple is currently barred by SEC from serving as an officer or director of any public company. Let Hipple explain to the SEC he is not involved in any policy-making functions at FGLD. Who would believe him?
