like what retire 75% to 80% of shares? that's even low to, But I get it, use the money to build out now and suck up the fact the will need to spend billions later to buy back, or do the dreaded reverse split. Which sadly could be like reversing 100 to 1. WHY DID THE AUTHORIZE SO MANY!!! Oh well....
