This new offering provides enhanced enterprise-level data security and enables rapid integration into existing or new corporate programs and applications. The new biometric-as-a-Service (BaaS) solution leverages the Fujitsu Cloud Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) Trusted Public S5 platform, as well as its Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) enablement tool, SystemWalker® Catalog Manager.

As a key component to this new cloud-based offering, Fujitsu is leveraging IWS's GoCloudID™, a premier patented cloud-based, biometric identity management platform. Providing a full biometric identity management application suite, GoCloudID reliably manages access to biometric enrollment and verification to ensure first-rate data integrity and protection. In addition to being algorithm and hardware agnostic, the system enables plug-and-play and can be deployed globally as an end-to-end or modular solution in a matter of hours rather than days or weeks. GoCloudID includes a software development kit for rapid integration into existing company programs and applications. Operating with a pay-as-you-go model, GoCloudID makes it cost effective to incorporate biometric identity verification into new and existing enterprise and service provider applications.
The new offering also addresses security on mobile devices through IWS's GoMobile Interactive™ (GMI), a biometric-enabled mobile platform that provides reliable, simple and fast multifactor identity management. GMI delivers app-level identity verification, fraud and theft prevention of mobile transactions and active monitoring for unauthorized access/use.
