So...did PD and some of his butt buddies really file that fraud lawsuit against Chad?? There is now a motion to dismiss so he must have. Who else would? He's going NOWHERE with it seeing how it's pretty damn simple to prove that units have been built,sold,upgraded and now DOD testing. So that's fraud??
Yet HE is the one with his buddy Snotty that pimped that toy surfboard for years sucking in gullible investors and then bleeding them dry. They never built ONE that I know of and LIED about the testing of the rotary engine that blew up on the test stand. Talk about FRAUD.
