Miro Zecevic Settles Lawsuit with ADVFN/Investors Hub
TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Sept. 1, 2011) - Miro Zecevic www.mirozecevic.com an M&A consultant to small cap companies announced today that an agreement with ADVFN and Investors Hub to settle the slander lawsuit has been reached.
Miro Zecevic believes the settlement to be the best course of action, as pursuing any financial compensation for its clients, likely in multi-million dollar range, with ADVFN and Investors Hub would prove itself a waste of resources, finances and valuable time.
As part of the settlement, Investors Hub will remove postings that provide any erroneous, slanderous, misleading information and dark propaganda innuendos, and those posts whose sole purpose is to damage the stock's value for covert reasons (short sales, etc.).
It the light of this settlement, the stock bashers present on several boards have been identified and in Miro Zecevic's opinion it is mission accomplished vis-à-vis matters with Investors Hub. Now the focus will be on bringing individual posters to justice. Judgements have already been awarded against a well known stock basher Jim Devine and others are well underway. Miro Zecevic is receiving additional assistance from Google and Yahoo! where, amongst other things, they will honour the existing court orders and discontinue indexing posts from this web site.
The initial court order is available @
