If we have enough volume we should break through t

If we have enough volume we should break through the .114 and go on to a new high.  Just not really seeing it in the charts am wondering about the unusually low volume we have been seeing. I don't know if MM;s are restricting volume because of the high number of shares coming off restriction (to maintain liquidity) or ?

Just don't know on this one.
