I think the ultimate golden ticket for FITX will end after the statement, "One issue he wants to address is the current law that prohibits vaporizers and marijuana-infused edibles." has been full addressed by HC. When HC expands from dried ONLY to vaporizers and marijuana-infused edibles our CBDs from hemp extracts could be a HUGE revenue stream alongside the dried primary product.
