Very well could be. What were hedge funds going to do, buy a majority of the companies stock then pump it and dump it. Bill being honest and truehearted did this the honest and honorable way and allowed shareholders to be part of it and is updating us the entire way through.
He didn't want (FITX) to be known as dishonest pump and dump and possibly cause issue with his license and sacrifice future shareholders trust. Bills no dummy.
