IMO 8s to possibly 9s tomorrow for some point unless Bill puts out something around licenses. If I see the fence completed with gate and security cameras on top of post then I know it's game time. That could be done in a day if the vault is already there but since no one has monitored the facility that I know of 24/7 and thinking some stuff valuable could have come anytime of the day aka vault without us knowing. Security is on duty now 24/7 so something is valuable on site.
