Bill has mentioned in numerous interviews about investment companies and hedge funds wanting to fund this project. We could be seeing accumulation by these interties now. They understand the revenue potential. It would be very easy to keep this stock down while private firms hoard shares. Sell lower than the bid on an uptick is one simple way.
