After the sale of UAB Duomen? logistikos centras shares, The Company holds 100 percent shares of Energijos tiekimas UAB (with its subsidiaries Energios tiekimas OU and Energijos tiekimas SIA), 100 percent shares of UAB “Kauno energetikos” (with its subsidiary UAB “Gotlitas”). The Company also holds 41,74 percent of total shares of NT Valdos, UAB, 20 percent UAB Technologij? ir inovacij? centras, 23,44 percent UAB “Geoterma” and 25 percent shares of liquidating AS Nordic Energy link.
